Start your day with the Sunrise Yoga and Rise & Shine for the rest of the day 😊
This morning practice is a perfect way to awaken your body and mind, increase your strength and flexibility and set your mindset in a positive way. Yoga in the morning can help improve blood flow, leading to feelings of awareness and alertness.
We will start the practice with relaxation, to find a better connection with ourselves, to notice how we feel and to observe the sensations in our body and mind. Then we will take a moment to focus on the breathing – a very important process, which helps to deliver oxygen to our organs, cells and creates energy in our body.
And then we will move to our yoga practice, where we will focus on coordinating breath with mindful movements. Sunrise Yoga will involve Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar – a classic sequence of yoga poses) and Hatha Yoga poses (asanas).
It can be a great way to start the day with a sense of relaxation and focus.

Afterwards you can join me for Stretch and relax where we give our body the time to stretch and give space to breath.

This class is designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motions, reduce muscle tensions, stiffness and lower the stress level.
The focus of the practice is to hold the positions for several minutes and allow the body to release tensions and find a sense of ease and relaxation.
During this practise we are using props such as blankets, blocks and straps to support the body and allow the muscles to relax.

Besides the physical benefits, this practice also has several mental and emotional benefits. The slow, meditative nature of the practice can help to calm the mind and reduce stress and anxiety, and the extended holds in the poses can create a sense of mindfulness and presence.

Looking forward to meet you on Sunday morning,
