Classes are given in English.
This late evening class will make your body relaxed after a long day and calm your mind, just before sleeping time.
This practice will start with the initial relaxation, which helps us to connect with ourselves. Then some breathing exercises will improve our concentration and focus. After that we will start the mindful yoga practice, helping our body and mind to stay in balance.
And last but not least, there will be Meditation – time to completely reset and calm down before bedtime.
The list of positive effects from meditation is endless.
It helps decreasing stress, relieve anxiety and depression, provides better focus and concentration, and better emotional balance. It can even help relieve pain for people with chronic illnesses.
